In all the preparation for the party, there are undoubtedly a few things you might overlook, so here are some top tips to help make your child's birthday party a great success:
1) Blow the balloons up on the morning of the party, not the day before... you don't want sad balloons, half deflated. If you are getting helium balloons, make sure you know who is going to pick them up from the store. 2) Charge the battery in the camera. You don't want to take the first photo and see the battery light appear. You should also check that you have enough space on the memory card, or enough film. 3) If there are brothers and sisters of the party boy or girl, try to involve them in the organisation. It will give them a sense of purpose and prevent some of the jealousy that could start when all the attention is away from them. | |
